The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale preview is live!
Since I was in college, the Anniversary Sale has been something I look forward to. I went to a school that was as far away from a retail store you could get, so I would grab my Fall/Winter basics, and head off to school. When I started working , I shifted to stocking up on staples to build my corporate wardrobe, especially shoes!
This year is looking a little different. Everyone is able to preview the items they want and add them to their wish list in advance. I am a huge fan of this because it gives me time to really hone in on what I LOVE and research quality pieces. While I am doing that, I put together what has caught my eye at first glance in the way of shoes, clothing, and accessories. Now onto the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Preview:

If there is one thing I am looking to invest in this year, it is some work from home easy pieces that I can easily transition to office wear:

Now that I am a hat person, this might be my favorite part of the sale. I missed out on the snakeskin hat last year, and I am hoping for a similar find like that this year:

I have never shopped the home section before. My store has never had a great housewares department. BUT, these guys caught me eye:

Nordstrom Card members get early access dependent on their ‘Nordy Club’ status. You do not have to be a card member to shop the sale! The sale opens to everyone on August 19th and runs through the 30th.
